Propongo due tipi di confezione di sughi pronti con prodotti ittici fresci: 300 gr. che comodamente due persone mangiano un primo, con il suo secondo, stirando anche tre persone possono gustare questo sugo. Poi una confezione da 600 gr. per 4/5 persone.
Su ogni confezione per due o tre persone ci sono 300 gr. di prodotto ittico fresco. Nella confezione si trova, oltre al sugo e condimento, i prodotti ittici freschi a seconda del sugo scelto tipo; Pentolaccia, Scoglio, Vongole e Cozze ect..
I prodotti itici contenuti nella vaschetta sono descritti nella etichetta, sono freschi e solo di origine locale, cioè acquistati al M.I.C di Civitanova M.
La confezione di 600 gr.
è pensata sia per la famiglia, che per chi desidera organizzare cene con amici a base di pesce fresco. La confezione di 600 gr. risulterà più vantaggiosa ed economica.
Capisco che il prezzo sarebbe più basso se utilizzassi prodotti ittici importati.
( Africa ,Olanda, Egitto), ma voglio la qualità per chi desidera mangiare del buon pesce fresco.
Aggiungo, per maggior chiarezza e a riprova per la tutela di chi acquisterà questi sughi e ne apprezzerà la qualità e la freschezza, che non tutti i prodotti si trovano tutto l'anno.
Molte specie sono stagionali, molluschi o crostacei possono mancare in un derminato periodo e anche se un tipo di sugo contenente un prodotto che non è di stagione è richiesto, non potrà essere evaso. Di certo non ricorrerò a prodotti ittici simili provenienti da altri mari lontanissimi da noi.
Ci tengo a precisare e rimarcare, che il contenuto ittico è "fresco" e "Solo locale".
